Deposits

A deposit is required upon scheduling three or more services utilizing Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. For all new guest reservations, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation. You many utilize another method of payment upon checkout.

Cancellations

To cancel spa packages (3 or more services) without penalty, we ask that arrangements are made no less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled spa package. For individual services, we respectfully ask no less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. In the event that a guest fails to arrive for a scheduled service without notice, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Children

This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service.

Special Accommodations

Please notify us of any special needs prior to scheduling a reservation. For wheelchair access, please use the parking lot behind Ginger Bay and enter through the double doors located at the back of the building.  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
