Thank you for choosing to schedule your reservation online.  We have made every effort to ensure that this process is secure and simple.  Please feel free to share your feedback with us at info@gingerbay.com.
 
To ensure the security of your information, we require that you request a username and password in one of three ways.  You may request one in person during your next visit, via email request to info@gingerbay.com or by calling Guest Services at 314-966-0655.  We encourage you to update your contact information and change your password online once you have registered.
 
You may only reserve one appointment at a time.  To reserve additional appointments, please log off and then log in again.
 
This feature does not allow you to cancel a reservation online.  Should you need to cancel, please contact a member of guest services.  Ginger Bay reserves the right to revoke online booking privileges due to missed appointments.
 
Please print the confirmation page at the end of your reservation and ensure that you list info@gingerbay.com as a “safe” email with your email provider to ensure that your email confirmations are not rejected as spam in error.
 
Some services are unavailable for online reservations.  If you see a service on our menu that you do not see online, simply call Guest Services at 314-966-0655 to make your reservation.  Although we do not anticipate the need to contact you, there may be times when we request to adjust your appointment time within 15 or 30 minutes.
